Adam Dailey has been in the sports business for almost 20 years. He was the CEO and Co-Founder of Ludus Tours, an Inc. 500 business that he sold in 2013. After a one year sabbatical where he traveled around the globe with his wife and children, Dailey realized he couldn’t get away from the hospitality and travel business.
“I love the people I work with. And I get to do these amazing experiences that people pay me a lot of money to do.”
Fun(Ly) fact: Dailey used to be pretty fast. How fast? He ran 10,000 meters in 28:34 and qualified for the Olympic Trials in 2000, which is how he got hooked into this industry.
Raffaella Cinti Our resident nomad, we’ll know you are a salesman if you call her Raffaella (instead of Raffa). To everyone who meets Raffa, they remember her laugh and her love for life. For most of her adult life, our spirited Italian has been wandering the globe with extended stays in Beijing, Vancouver, Johannesburg, London, Sochi and Rio. She has a passion for traveling and listening to people's stories and dreams.
“This the best business I could come across, after many years in the finance and automotive world.”
Fun(Ly) fact: She creates handmade unique winter hats. She speaks English, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese and even a bit of Chinese.
Jessica Dailey Jessica was a 12 Time NCAA All-American and NCAA Woman of the Year Finalist in 2000. Since then, she’s been busy: a short professional running career (cut short by a waterskiing accident), starting an Inc. 500 business, giving birth to four children in three different countries and finding time to stay sane and hit the local Farmer’s Market.
